Which Light is good for reading ?

Which light is good for reading? Which bulb? energy saver or 60watt yellowish bulb???

Please share your experience...

Yellow light is much better, Energy savors also available in yellow color

Yellow energy savors are not Yellowish, they're actually Pinkish

If you try to Find some nice Quality Energy Saver , they must have nice yellow Light, I prefer OSRAM Germany Energy Savers

Ok they can produce light and more time but the quality light for reading is BULB only. the problem is the light of tube or energy saver is flickering of light that flickering is harmful for eyes but in bulb its constant light.

i was reading about energy saver lights some ppls feels vomiting and headache
