Need help for upgrading PC

I'm using a PC with following specs,

Interl(R) Core (TM) i3-7100 CPU @3.90 GHz
4.00 RAM (3.90 GB Usable)
64.Bit OS, x64 based Processor


I need to upgrade my PC to Windows 10 from Windows 8. Are there specs enough to perform this? I'm not using this p for gaming or any other heavy tasks such as developing or programming.

yes bro you can install windows 10 but my suggestion to you will be to upgrade your PC RAM to 8GB for 64-Bit

Bro if you want to upgrade your pc,buy SSD and install win10 on it, your Pc performance will be much batter with booting time will be about 15 second
