Can I unpack the ipk file and upload to E2 arm?

Hi everyone, can you unpack Oscam emu and Wicardd ipk plugins on a clean openATV E2 arm software and put these folders "etc" "bin" "config" into E2, give 0755 permission and it will work ?
I love music from all over the world and fantasy movies 😘

Yes, it can be unpacked through the UNIVERSAL EXTRACTOR and then place the necessary files in the directory supposed for keeping them.
