Yes,
It's receivable in UAE,with More than 120 chanels mostly work on company server like Funcan,,Dscam,,star share,,
I received it as a side lnb with base 13e on 3' dish at UAE.

nothing on middle east beam. some feed tps and some useless channels. i tried. ME beam receving here.
