Starsat Hyper 2000 HD No Display Issue

Dear Experts I have problem with Starsat Hyper 2000 HD. Iwanted to Upgrade my Stb via USB but it failed and now it is stuck with only green indicator and blue button light on with No display on Stb patel and nothing on Tv. I tried to revive it with Dr. TAIMOR provided All Reset Software through RS-232 cable but even it is not recognising RS-232. Kindly Help me in this regard. Thanks in Advance.

Seems like flash issue. You should contact with hardware technician.
