Box Died Under 1 Year, Beware Guyz

Last year in February I bought SkyBox V7 From Amrinder by using this forum after seeing his thread, as a newbie I was, I bought immediately in range 5500 Rs, Very costly I know

Now This Box Is dead , It is not getting any signal from any satellite, Tuner is dead

Contact Seller today but got cold response as he said, He cant do anything at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to ship it china under my cost which cost more than new box

I am very disappointed as I rarely used this box & got punch in my face , So I learned lesson, Do full inquiry about warranty & other stuff before you buy from your hard earned money

Please don't be stupid like my self, I will think thousands time before i purchase anything from this independent sellers,

If anyone know how to solve this problem, they are more than Welcome

maybe only tuner is defected which can be changed...
and it should have died long ago as you laminiated it..

Due to high temperature of Accessories the receiver causes the deterioration of a component .Because the receiver can not reach of air .

I'm sorry for your receiver, it's very bad what it happened to you.

I agree with @Iqbal Ahmad

Your box is probably overheated due to the plastic cover.

If you look carefully at the side of your box, there are some grilles for air.
You have covered them with this plastic and that's why your box died.

Your case is very clear and also you don't have rights for warranty, because the damage is caused by yourself.

Maybe you should have to read the manual or the quick guide installation of your receiver before the use .
