Tiger T6 bISS KEY help

I have Tiger T6 High Class Reciver, i can't watch same sid, 2 biss channels in one time,eg-sid 0001 2 channels not work in one time, only 1 channel working, how to watch same sid 2 channels in 1 time plz help me?
