Softcam Manager for vuplus original images

Here is a softcam manager for use on the original vuplus team images.

All softcam binary files must go to /usr/emu & be executable (chmod 755)

All softcam config files must go to /usr/keys

CCcam 2.30, MGcamd 1.38 & Oscam 10978 with configs included.
