yeh small form factor mein hay RAM 2Gb DDR3 ,,tower mein be available hay lekin uski price ziada hay almost Rs.1000.

i will suggest hp because i am using hp machines since 2003 and also have used them commercially in harsh environment under direct sun light and temp over 44C deg and have worst experience with dell optiplex series these systems work best indoor for only 2 or 3 seasons and after then mother board dies suddenly or bios issue or in summer season they restart due to over temp....in hp you can upgrade bios through a gui interface while windows is running.
get a good dc series machine 8000, 8200 or whatever suit you according to your budget

No ,it can't be upgraded. If you replace its processor with high frequency ,may not work so accurately.
