i could not get success to run cccam in this image.
at last i find this alternate which work at last..so sharing with forum fellows.
its helpfull with those image which dont have softcam managers..
download addon from here

when downloaded unzip the file and via dcc place this file in
usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extentions
in usr folder create another folder name "emu" and chmod 755.
place bin files of emulators like cccam'mgcamd'oscam etc
config file go to usr/keys
now restart enigma and then go to plugins and then open alternative softcam manager
click setup or blue button and enter remote path usr/keys and usr/emu and press green
then accept yes
last thing u have to do is to choose cam from plugin and run
