SR-9999HD channels with audio only

i have recently purchased starsat sr-9999HD and updated its software with V1.69, but when i open channels with cline some of the channels has only audio ( like sony, UTV action, UTV movies, Star Movies etc), but at the same place with same Cline, i have temporary replaced sr-9999 HD with neosat 9900 HD spectra Plus same above channels are working ok on neosat,

i m using one receiver at single time b/c i have only one c-line username

can anyone help about this issue

Install its old firmware then reset factory default and again then update it with new software . its a common problem with Startsat family
