After seeing the programs on TV (ARY News) I am very much disappointed what to eat and what to not.
1. All the cooking oil compines used dead animals bones and meat to make oil
2. All the bakery items and sweets used geletine to make them tastey and stay fresh for couple of days from dead animals bones and meat
3. All the juices and milk in TETRA pack i.e milk pack, olpers use urea and bleach to make milk thick
4. All the so called mineral water is not pure its full of chemicals
so brothers please don't eat these things, i never want to eat these things again
I prefer to eat fruit only and just boiled vegetables plus green tea only

Kami2k dear, haan yeh sab maslay jin mein hum aaj kal rahty hain. Mujbori ha k jeney k liye khana pata ha aur koi aur choice bhi nahi ha. Khas kar sweets aur barky item jo zindigi ka hasa ban chuki hain humari seharat k liye teak nahi hoti, in k baney mein bohout sey chemical istamal hoty hain. Boil vegatable wali baat teak ha, ab tu sab super star bhi yehi khaty hain. Aaj kal jo log nature k kareeb aur city sey dur rahty hain, woh teak hain. City mein tu sab cheezey bazzar sey leni pati hain.
