No Video or scrambled channel

Hello all,

I have issue from two days with Hotbird 13e, i have paid line. problem is after 5 to 6 seconds paid channel get stop and no video or scrambled channel message appear. but before two days it was fine. i want to know is this issue with line or with my satellite or receiver.
SAMSUNG QLED Q80R 55" Smart tv
FreeSat GTC 4K Android Receiver
Apple tv 4K, Amazon FireStick 4K

May be issue with cline and internet is fine, its 10mbps line.
