Migration programs Turksat 4A postponed

Turkish satellite operator Turksat AS postponed the migration of transponders of the satellite Turksat 2A, a new communications satellite Turksat 4A . The reason for the requirements of broadcasters and the month of Ramadan. New date for migration will be communicated later.

Turksat 4A was originally supposed to take over the multiplexes of satellite Turksat 2A in the night from 14 to 15 July 2014. During the night should be a parameter change about half of the distributed stations on satellite Turksat 2A. A key change will shift multiplex state television TRT to a new frequency.

Some transponders on the satellite Turksat 4A are already in operation. Viewers can tune distributed programs:
