Startrack 2020hd plus problem, pls help

Hi,

I having original Startrack 2020hd plus STB_ID: OC 00 05 00 00 09 63, and facing problem, no booting via usb.

I needs the rs232 bootloader and soft.Application please.

you can use only usb ,booting not rs232 cable not for booting

and you can install software online go to upgrade
