Connector for PTCL cabel

i have a DSL connection. my phone line is broken is abound 300 meters which is broken from 3 place. i have simply connected it round it with pvc tape as a result my internet speed is affected and not working properly..

i want to know that is there any connector for ptcl cable is available so that it should be proper connection and save from rain water etc.

(kia market main ptcl cable kar koi connector mill jata jo toti ho tar ko joor day... or es main pani dakhil na ho?)
