From what I’ve seen and heard, the best time to climb Mera Peak is either spring (April–May) or autumn (September–October). Those months usually have the most stable weather, clearer mountain views, and safer snow conditions. Winter is much colder with heavier snow, and the monsoon season makes the trail wet, cloudy, and less predictable.

Pre-Monsoon (Spring): Mid-March to May
Pros:
Stable weather and clear skies.
Warmer temperatures than autumn, especially at lower altitudes.
Rhododendrons and wildflowers in bloom — beautiful trails!
Cons:
Can get busier in late April and May.
Snow may still be present on the summit route in early spring.
