I'm the same not a clue how to get appollo tv back on starsat.

sell your receiver in low price, buyer who need to use paid line, will get it, if he find good price.

buy new receiver with forever server.

People running Indian dth, does not need forever or any server, they are mostly useless. but paid line good for them.
but for hot bird and 85e i think forever may be good, especially 85e.
