ZGEMMA H9S STUCK ON WHITE LIGHT

I have zgemma h9s which is stuck on white light. I have tried different method to restore it but no one working.

I tried to flash fastboot.bin file with HITOOL but it giving me following error..

Ram chip faulty. not repairable in pakistan. only one soluition is to replace it by a working chip
