yahan(iss plateforum per) aanay ka maqsad yehi tha keh aapki finding/discovery kissi aur kay be kaam aa sakay ....meri effected/defective memory itni trust worthy naheen rehee so want to keep all info on record aur wesay be iss board ka mujh per boht barha ehsaan hay.
actually aap ka DM per ziada ter experience DM800 ,DM 800HDse,DM 800HDse v2 aur DM520 per reha hay ,,,DM 900 per khul ker khailnay ka moqa pehli daffa milla hay I know aap iss say pehlay aik DM 900 recover ker chukay hein (jisska front panel defective tha) ...bijli iss waqt meri be naheen hay lekin mera 2 ton ka non-inverter AC on solar running like a horse

Haan ap ki baat sahi he . Mera experience dm 800 series pr tha Lekin DM 520 ne mera hath baht saaf kia tha . Us ne mujhe baht seekhne ke lye dia tha . No doubt Dm900 ko samjhne me moqa bhi us ne muje dia , Baht se aise questions they jin ka reply mujhe dm 520 me mila .
Apne jo Dm900 bheja he is me 3/4 fault ek sath they ... Muje step by step un ko study karna para he . Main kuch thori si detail ko ap ko bata deta hon .
1. Putty log me bar bar 2160 hdmi error aa reha hota tha . Even ke box 1080p pr hota tha.
2. Agr flash image original dm ka he to on karo to red lite pr hota tha . Lekin agr back switch se off karen aur heat sink ko thora sa press karen to box on ho jata tha.
3. Lekin temp unstable ( in 15 to 20 mints ) baht high 65/67 aur kuch der baad dekhen ek dum 77/78 aur phr 89/90 aur sath hi box stuck aur reboot aur red lite .
4. Exclaimination mark aur box totally off aur jab putty log lia to Ram ka error ( ye ek false alaram tha muje baad me pta chala )

Main ne ab step by step barhna shuru kia .
1. Cypress board se ram clear ki thi flash clear ki thi aur box ko ok kar lia tha .
2. HDMi ka error bhi ram clear karne se fix ho gya tha lekin us ke lye muje ram ko hair dryer se thori heat dena pari thi.
Dm900 ka temprature ka issue mere liye sab se bara masla tha . Us ke lye mujhe phr finally putty log liye sesnor ko notice kia study kia .
Dm900 ko open kia us ko study kia to pta chala dm 900 ka heat sink proper contact nhi krta paste se . foil paper lia us me ek cooling rubber pad ( laptop ke processor wala ) rukha us ki foil paper ki 2/3 layers me wrap kia aur processor aur heat sink ke beech de dia . foil papaer ne kaam kia jesa me soch reha tha us ne heat sink aur processor ka contact proper kr dia yehan log lia to heat control thi .
Box ke baqi log shows karty hen temp stable ha . yehan tak me aa gya hon baqi me chahta hon red light se bahar aa jaye ek baar us ko image kar ke boot loader update krna he wo agar me kar saka to phr result niklay ga . me kehan tak kamyaab hon. kyu ke flash clear ho chuki he us me ab pehla image corrupt ho chuka he ..

no issue with power button ..every time it comes on but stuck on red light without IP ...the issue may be with security chip
