mera maqsad board's management ko disturb kerna naheen hota sirf roy dena zaroori samjta hoon.
shouq/zaroorat ki khatar yeh board attract kerta hay ..if a member is given appreciation ultimately he will spend/spare more time ..otherwise every one is much busy in his life.....if a post is commented/replied it means board's members are more active,talented and knowledge full vice versa the poster remains confused.
I will advise to all members specially selected staff to reply the posts without caring the poster.
