Spark 2020 hd plus 7162 help urgent

As salam need hyperterminal serial lead pic step wise method for resuce image. Note i have tried usb and lan method which stop on 04 on the box led i am using windows 10 ok. I have serial 232 lead and usb to serial lead converter ok. Expert help urgent. (7162spark2020hdplus)
