Dear if you want to receive 68.5E and 38E as a side LNBs than you have to set center of dish 52E one side 68.5E and an other side 38E but you will miss weak T.P's for example: Sony Package and Discovery Network on 68.5E and Bol Network and may be few other T.P's on 38E
