Orient , sony led tv jitna acha to nahi hai, per aap dabay (trinitron) waly tv se bahtar hai...
yeh durable hai chinese se, per Sony LED TV (original) ka koi muqabala nahi ker sakta chahy Panasonic original wali hi kyon na ho..

Mere khayal mein TCL mein saray features hain, per TCL se hire aur orient bahtar hai, lekin hire se bhi theek orient hai..

mere cozn ka friend 4-5 saal se oriend chala raha hai....

TCL k facebook page mein reviews mein bahut shikayat hain...

ab PEL ka led tv bhi a gaya hai, PEL achi company hai, per iss ka tv meri koi family mein use nahi kar raha

i dont know abt customer service bcz i never go to service center. using 4K LED with 4K box, its better than other china brands.
