softcam.key updated file having PTV Sports updated Key

the same key is working on other receiver neosat hd plus

Hi,
I have a VU+ Duo2. How can watch PTV Sports 38.0E? I have entered the latest key in the SoftCam.Key but nothing happens. I am able to watch Dunya News but not PTV Sports, Can I get the proper format for CCCam or OScam.

I have tried it as follows:
