Starsat hyper 2000 dongal problem?

Salam friends.
My starsat 2000 hyper not deducted wifi dongal.
Please how i can fix it please help me

Connect your Wifi Dongle to PC or Laptop and check is it ok or not .

Compter also show " usb divorce not recognise " now what can i do ?
