Dear you can do yourself .... you can solve your problem to take these steps:
1st: Press Manu then pressing 9999 at a time...
2nd: Then biss window is appearing then you edit easily...
3rd: PTV Sports biss key 513213cc9addeccc

just add these codes in softcam.key

F 00040500 00 513213CC9ADDECCC ;PTV SpoRts PAKSAT(38 E)

ptv sports working fine with mgcam.

but nothing happened.

I edited softcam.key as told above
I created oscam.key in /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam/

but ptv sports is not running....

any help ..... where I am doing mistake... any guideline...

Brother you need to add new key.
The key you entered is an old one.
