Dr Timor..pl help

I was upgrading to 1.84 on starsat hyper 2000..but during software unfortunately electricity goes off..after light comes again I switch on the stb but it stuck on boot .no error shows or anything but halted..
Kindly guide me and help out..

Yes Dr. Timor the problem solved.but its done by ejecting the I.C. and flash it by a recognition.
