STARsat 9999HD new software v1.81 problem

recently i have downloaded a software for SR-9999 file named"SR-9999HD_V1.81(15330)_25122015" (25-12-2015), it includes 2 files
1. SR-9999HD_encrypt_V1.81(15330)_25122015.bin
2. SR-9999HD_V1.81(15330)_25122015.bin
i have successfully installed first one file which is encrypted, after installation and rebooting receiver is OK and normal, but i cant watch any thing on youtube, dailymotion, when ever i click on youtube it shows list of videos and when click any video the receiver hanged, when i go into G-NET option, it shows 3 softwares of this receiver
1. v1.69
2. 1.09
3. 1.81
when i tried to go back to previous version by downloading from one of these three, it shows progress bar and on 0% it shows fail,
i have downloaded old softwares v1.69 and 1.75 in computer and tried installing with flash memory but on progress bar of installation at 0% it shows faild.
my receiver is working, channels are ON, but still i want to go back to previous version, now how to go back to old softwarre with USB not with Serial cable

you cant downgrade to previous version without rs232 cable

Can you tell please complete procedure to use RS232 cable with image illustration, because once I have tried it but failed.
