Unable to Receive Hotbird Channels

Salam Bros,

i am receiving only 530 channels out of 1500 approx. of hotbird channels - dish size is 100cm KU band
normally with 50cm all channels are available in the GCC region.
using star sat 2000 hd hyper
when finding signals Mpeg 4 does not show any signals :(

any help !!!
