Srt 2020 hd plus problem in connecting with pc

i have dsl crossover cable which was working very well but since last tow day pc does not detect local area connection and also the light inside receiver with dsl cable is off now
what is wrong and what is solution

very sad that no one on this forum knows any solution of my problem
windows 10 update bhi ki hy but same problem
receiver dsl cable k through pc se connect nahi ho raha
pc main local area connecton hi show nahi hota
plz guide me

yes it is problem with my ethernet drivers
but pc running win10 no solving it , i have reinstalled the windows
when i try to install drivers from net , it says intel adapter not present
