all menu has changed working is normal as it was b4.
though I saved sys files prior to update but it didn't delete old data.

Vu + Solese is original and been purchased from dmm-tv shop from Dubai. I will be receiving it tomorrow now i am thinking between the two.

I am also the greatest fan of DM . but as u can see the rapidly changes in technology .I go for Advance hardware technology and user interface . Thats why I have selected VU+. But if u like DM . its not bad choice . Currently I have Vu+ Ultimo , Vu +SOLO2 and Vu+SoloSE . near Eid if my brother will come back to Pak I shall reuest him to get VU+DOU2 for me .
Here I want to ask from u . when u were going to buy SOLOSE why u have not selected SOLO SE V2 (with same price) with some better hardware and it has not the Over heat problem its flash is also 512Mb and its Plug and Play tuner is easily available .?

I have selected the box from dmm-tv website there they did not have option of SE V2. Actually I have selected the box by looking at the below given picture which i am uploading for study purpose as same is also available on dmm-tv.com website.Also I have read some reviews which rated this box highly. Comparison is given below from dmm-tv.com website.

It will be helpful for me as i will be setting up my Vu + solose in next couple of days.

Now a days pure milk is available only for "kutta" (bhains son)
Rana G!!! really mein aapka boht shukar guzar hoon ,pehlay mein nay loader install kya which was installed successfully...loader's version was 00 whereas previous loader ver. was in digits like 2.2 etc.
next step was accomplished same way without creating any issue .After rebooting logo appeared at the end 2 seconds b4 to load image ...isskee timing change ho sakti hay ? jaisay DM ka logo aata tha and logo can be changed thru logo changer.
I tried earlier to update by same process but NEVER succeeded but according to ur instructions my box has been awarded a new life

keep in touch with Aliraza ,will see ur box related issue will not remain unsolvable. He is not only professional in this filed , involved himself mostly as a hobby.,,and to deliver a lecture is his weakness.... you can get benefit of his weakness

ap box lay lain .. ap ko image karna bhi bata don ga .. wesay its procedure is as under .
To install a new image, you need an empty USB stick FAT32 formatted.

Download image zip file for your Vu+ model;
Unzip the zip file and you will have a folder named vuplus and under the folder, you will have another folder named after the model of your VuPlus set;
Copy the vuplus folder (including all the sub folders and files in it) to root folder of your USB stick;
WARNING!!! If you have any folder named vuplus on any device connected to your Vu+, delete the folder or rename it;
Turn off your Vu+;
Disconnect all USB flash drives connected to your receiver;
If your receiver is equipped with a front USB port (Duo2, Ultimo, etc.), insert the USB stick in it, otherwise you can insert the USB stick in a rear port.;
Turn on your Vu+.
Update is done when the LED on front panel remains lit briefly and then starts blinking rapidly.
