at night I tried to make backup thru dflash ...the hard disk not detected or not mounted such like message appeared.
there was no other option to initialize or mount so I did once again ,resulting I loosed all configuration was saved on USB.
now my focus is back up and multiboot ...so don't feel frustration if I ask repeated questions

If its a Open Pli base image then install . Full backup or for other OE Alliance use Dflash 13.6 or go to TS panel and then tools and then image backup .

It is experimental image , tried on dflash and TS panel as well even tried to create back up thru DCC.
will have to go for Open Pli then ...want to complete assignment b4 ramadan starts.

for the Experimental image Dflash version 12.6 and 13.6 are the best for SIM2 . Other versions have command to kill the engima2 e2jffs2 to stop making backup for clones . we use Dflash 13.6 for Clones its best version for DM 800SE series . U know I have a main problem some time i cant advise about the issue untill I have box infront of me . I had also faced the issue some days before . I consulted my educators they replied " DO IT UR SELF OR LEAVE IT FOR OTHERS " this is the first lesson from dreambox to its users .

Currently I am using 800SEV2 . the only clone of DM I have now but in it I have seen Dflash 13.6 also crashes some time during backup. it just creat boot loader 's back and go to busy box command . Which I believe it shouldnt go . But according to my Head mistress it should go because the new tree varify the core and report back to enigma2 alliance that unknown or old enigma2 miss matched.
Last night I used the trick .
When the box stucked at middle boot, I connected by ftp modified enigma2 enigma2_pre_start99.sh and dbttcd files replaced them in box .rebooted the box then ran tpm check removal plugin again installed dflash-13.6 and finally took the backup.But according to Head mistress " smart boy but this trick will not work every time due to opkg over wrap ".
I am learner and I dont hesitate to learn whether I have to go china for it .its all for the learning purpose . baqi Allah Janay main to jo learn karta hon wohi apply karta hon
