No its only host if u install cams from its feeds and it will accomodate ur cams in softcams and same if u will install hdd it will also help u to initialise to mount and format in device manager

yar I dont understand why its to much hard for u to install ts panel manually in box . yaar download its IPK file (ye lo ts panel http://tunisia-dreambox.info/dreambox-e ... .5_all.ipk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
then
1. move it to temp folder with dcc
2. go to software manager ( in menu system or in plugin )
3. Go to Install local extension
4. press green there and then ok to install it

unzip this folder at Desktop then Connect with Dcc then in box side go to usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugin/extension/ and move Ts panel folder from desktop to Box. and full resatrt box ts panel will be there
