Here is feed plugin for softcams:
softcam-feed-sh4_1.0_sh4.ipk
Download it and install it manually and then softcams will be available in plugin download menu. From there you may download and install softcam of your choice.

First go to "usr" folder and then "keys" folder, there you may see the files in which you may add your c-line.
