They both are wrong if u have DM 800 pro then u need this kind of com port to comport cable but as u shows u have Dm 800se Sim 2.10 then u need service cable and have to connect with service port to pc as shows in pics

bhai ne need to upgrade sim..its already with ssl84d .
ur told method is for dm800.
and he is having se model..
simply mini flash button is installed for this reason.

both methods work for DM 800se model too, mini flash method is easy to use with less accessories required.

dont worry my brother...its a common problem with dreambox.
so finally pangaa has been started by u...nice to hear this news..
in dm800 a rs232 cable is needed to overcome no ca found error.
but in dm800se they have builtin a mini flash button.
it is a little button at back side of dreambox.
now come to ur problem solution...
power off dreambox..
press mini flash button and keep pressing
now power on dm and after fiew seconds u will see box ip in front display of dreambox.
put this ip in firefox or chrome browser.
u will see upgrade page of dreambox.
now u can flash a new image..
use this image in flash.

brothers i have done ca found error fixed now. i checked various images in my box bt not found any stable image. now i installed open pli 4 & its working much better than others. now plz tell me how to add mgcamd plugin in open pli... i added cccam from softcams & its working bt not full dishtv ok in it. i also added mgcamd plugin its showing in softcams but dont know where to add it via dcc? waiting for replies...

i mean to say bro as we add cline in cccam.cfg on path var/etc via dcc... where to add line for mgcamd through dcc... i didnt find cccamd.lst or any other file like it... maybe some other method to add mgcamd line in dm?
