main ne starsat 9999 new buy kia hai problem ye hai k jab 1st time scan kerta hon tu sab channels
play horahe hotay hn but off kernay k baad dobara on keron tu weak signal ka message ata hai
aor koi channel on nai hota..........?????????

Do factor reset and then update ur box with the latest fix (firmware), Hope it fix your problem
