I just solved the problem and was about to post
What I did was REMOVED my mgcamd from reciever and installed a new MgCamd-1.38
Than I just put your line in Newcamd.list
And it is working very GOOD and opens FAST

thanks making my correction dear mg my friend ,replace list only required for 95 e?
doesn't need 13e?

its only required for caid id replacement function.
typically its not required @ 13 east.

I had a problem too, solved it today
Try and do what I did
and now service finally is working GREAT
Delete your Mgcamd from your reciever and install a new one
and than JUST put the line in newcamd .list
