aur uss image mai ok k button se channels i list nai aati,ap kya ap kya kehte hain

Dear This box in in initial stage in E2 and some bugs comes in the different images.
but passage of times the images get better and better.
so we can't compare it with DM and VU boxes right know.
So be patient and soon good E2 Images comes.

My Dear go to menu>Setting>Tuner Configuration and than you can see here Manual and automatic search option.
Run it there automatic or manual search

DM IS BEST NO COMPARISON IT WITH 2020+
BUT ONE THING IS REMEMBER, HANDLING OF DM IS DIFFICULT TO NEW USER.
WHILE AS 2020+ IS DUAL BOOT AND ALSO LINUX BOX WHICH IS HANDLING EASY
SO IT'S UPON THE USER WHICH IS BUY.
