My friend there are different companies who are making satellite dvb pci cards i mention some famous here

1- Hauppauge
2-Prof
3-TechniSat SkyStar HD
4-TechnoTrend TT-budget S2-1600
5-TeVii

from these cards i think in pakistan you can get skystar2 and tevii cards
prof and hauppauge are best card but expencive cards but skystar and tevii are budget cards.
