Yoga retreats offer a simple, methodical way to study the theory and practices of yoga. Yoga retreats in English are offered by SV Yoga School for varying lengths of time, ranging from three days to fourteen days. But the majority of retreats last for seven days. Students follow a six-day retreat program, with the seventh day serving as a relaxation day and a half-day excursion planned by the school. All course fees cover instruction, lodging, meals, and half a day of sightseeing
