KYe Bata Sakta ha Ke hum Us Card Ke bin File nakal Sakte ha.like jo DWN pakistan Ke Differct City Me use ho ra ha islambad ,karachi ,lahore Me to use it CS ..Shahid Geo and Dr. Timor help..

there never a bin file of card you just get your desired output data from that while parsing info..
1st get that card and check which encryption it has if its conax i can tell you its paired or unpaired
