Nepal Television Plus will broadcast the match between Nepal vs. Hong Kong Live! Nepal Television informed about this today via its 8 o’clock news. Match starts at 11:45 NST!
NTV name was however not on ICC Licencee’s list. “We know that this is the biggest match Nepal is playing and we thought we were responsible toward all the people of Nepal” said an NTV source seeking anonymity.
The quarter final match of the ICC T20 Qualifier is gateway to ICC T20 World Cup 2014. If Nepal beat Hong Kong tomorrow they will qualify for the World Cup.
Previously ICC had revealed that Star Sports was the sole licencee with right to broadcast the final stages of the tournament in Indian Sub Continent, but with India vs. West Indies scheduled tomorrow Nepal’s matches had no place.
