Hello first I wanna thank the admins for activating my account.

I bought an astrasat x360 HD and was told that it was open on mgcamd for a year. After a month the reciever wouldn't connect to the server. Seems like they changed the password. I called them and he demanded more money to open it. So all I need is Hotbird and nilesat what should I do?
