Mediastar ms mini-3030 HEVC/HD and sort chanels issue

I m facing two issues in mediastar mini ms-3030 satellite receiver,

1. HEVC/SD channels are working fine but HEVC/HD channels have audio only. there is no video on h.265 HD channels. and these channels are FTA on SES 12 @95E 12224 H, 40000. However, these same HEVC/HD channels are working on android phone via GMScreen and mediastar 3030 (In short H.265 HD is not working via HDMI, but working via GM-SCreen )

2. SORT channels on the "favorite" category are not working, no matter if I select sort by FTA, transponder, or Alphabet, nothing works, however, the sort function is working on "all channels" (main cat).

Does anyone know the solution to both problems?

1- The Freesat HEVC HD Channels are encoded with HEVC 10-Bit. That is why they are not working with ms mini-3030 as the latter only supports 8-Bit HEVC. (So, In short it is hardware issue)

2-Yes, In favourite category sorting does not work.

If it is a hardware issue, then why GM screen from the same ms mini play HEVC/HD channels?
It means the tuner can handle 10-bit HEVC and can be played through Wifi and mobile codecs, but the HDMI display cannot handle it.

Yes, GM-Screen / VLC Player support those codecs. But the receiver does not.

Es ka bhi hardware issue hai, ya software se solve ho skta hai?

The HEVC HD Channels on Freesat, because MS Mini-3030 only supports 8-Bit HEVC, they won't work with it.
