[VIDEO] ENIGMA2 scan problem

hi guys
when scan 83E tataskay recieved all channels HD+SD but after restarting box
HD channels of tatasky and aslo other satellites became deleted automatically(not shown in list)
kindly help
it wouldn't happen when i scan satellites without tatasky
