StarSat 90000 HD Extreme stuck in channel

Good night, time ago I bought a StarSat 90000 HD Extreme, but some days ago I enter into a private mexican channel, looks like my decoder tried to open it but it gets reseted and when i turn it on it's just a black screen and the only that the decoder put it's the channel name, i can't change it or do something, i already tried with this tools but it fails

Thank you for answering, but it looks like it require a "cfg" file
