Starsat X1 Pro restarting issue

I have recently update my Starsat X1 Pro from internet to Version 3.2.1. ,After this it is getting restart.
Anyone facing same issue?

First factury reset and power off/on your box then download and extract the firmware in to USB Pendrive then upgrade by usb then again factury reset and power off/on then check it .
