As You Said Fan,DVD Rom Etc Are Working Doesn't Seem To Be A Motherboard Issue

Maybe Your Laptop Needs Cleaning

-Try Switching RAM
-Unplug And Replug CMOS Battery
-Check GPU (Graphic Card)

If It Still Doesn't Fix It Better Take It To A Technician
