Startrek sr-9990 problem

Friends i have china reciever startrek sr-9990 and problem is that it catch some tps but mostly not....on paksat only jaag tv working even strong tps also show bad signals...on asiasat 7 hum tv,a plus and aother some channels working but on other side ary network,zee network including strongs tps showing bad signals...
Friends kuch tps catch hoti hain r kuch tps nae catch hoti even k strong tps b nae hti catch...plzzzzzz reply any one
